A minimum of three concepts are created for covers and/or interiors, with space for review and alignment before moving into full production.
Once approved, designs are finalized into production-ready files. This means finalizing cover structure and content, typesetting and laying out the interior, and coding the ebook. Then we use structured revision rounds to refine details based on your feedback.
Files are carefully checked and prepared to meet printer and platform requirements, so everything is ready for a smooth release.
Once we've sent print files to the printer, we're ready to start Intake and Planning for the next. Titles move through the studio on a rolling basis, with monthly capacity planned in advance to keep work consistent and predictable.
